Minimum q

ualifications for sub-contract work include:

Being licensed by the Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services or by
the governing state agency in the state in which the work is to be conducted. Employees of a
license holder are not considered qualified.

Maintaining a minimum of $1,000,000.00 liability insurance, as well as proper bonding as required by
Minnesota state statutes.

Having a minimum of fifteen (15) years of investigative experience, or commensurate experience
directly related to the service being offered.

Having no founded complaints on file with the Minnesota chapter of the Better Business Bureau, or
the chapter in which the work is being provided.

Having no founded complaints on file with the Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective
Agent Services, or the licensing board in the state in which the service is being provided.

Maintaining membership(s) in a state or national association(s) for private detectives.

Meeting, and preferably exceeding, continuing educational requirements as defined by the
Minnesota Board of Private Detective and Protective Agent Services.
