    discussion between Blue Heron Investigations and yourself that an email inquiry typically does not
    allow for.  As such, we will not consult with prospective clientele by email regarding the merits of
    their case, or methods employed to resolve the issue.  However, you are invited to send an e-mail

    We do not use a "cookie cutter" approach to solving other people's problems; we tailor our services
    to the unique needs of each individual client.  Because of this, the total estimated cost of an
    investigative assignment generally varies from client to client.  It can require an intensive up-front
    effort on our part in order to evaluate your needs and estimate the total costs involved.  As such,
    we will not answer questions related to rate information by e-mail.
